Getting your Cert IV is just the first step. The reality is that the hardest part of becoming a successful broker isn’t the coursework—it’s structuring complex deals, navigating lender policies, and actually building a pipeline of clients. At Onvested Academy, we don’t just teach you how to write a loan. We teach you the why behind every decision, empowering you to build a sustainable and rewarding business as a trusted broker.
Yes. To become an accredited mortgage broker and obtain your industry body membership with the FBAA/MFAA, new-to-industry brokers are required to complete a mentoring program for their first two years. Onvested Academy provides the structured mentoring and real-world file support required to meet these industry standards and confidently launch your business.
Before you can begin writing loans under our mentorship, you must have completed (or be currently completing) your Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40821). Once you have your foundational qualification, we step in to teach you the practical side of structuring deals, navigating lender policies, and acquiring clients.

➢ The Open-Door Policy: Real-world broking doesn’t happen on a schedule. For urgent matters, complex questions, or when you simply need a second opinion, your mentor is always available.
➢ Strict File Reviews: All files are reviewed pre-submission to ensure they meet the highest compliance standards. We review 100% of your files for the first six months to build your technical accuracy and confidence.
